| Clearwater FL Mortgage Rates Update for – June 6, 2010 Posted: 06 Jun 2010 06:07 AM PDT Clearwater Fl – Freddie Mac (NYSE:FRE) today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey® (PMMS®) in which the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.79 percent with an average 0.8 point for the week, up slightly from last week when it averaged 4.78 percent. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 5.29 percent. "The economy grew at a slower rate than originally reported in the first three months of the year…which suggests inflation will remain tame in the near term. As a result, mortgage rates held at historic levels this week…", said Frank Nothaft, Freddie Mac vice president and chief economist. See Full article:
