That condo was an entertainer’s dream, a little snug with two bedrooms and a den, but very poised with inside/outside space for parties and custom teak throughout. This week I saw another condo a little further away from the lake, on West Yale Loop that offers a different view. This condo has a roomy family style atmosphere with a variety of options for parents and kids. Significant Numbers: Built in 1976, this 2,066 sq. ft. two level condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
