Built by considering a lot of points of green architecture concept, especially sustainable materials and green energy source, this house may provide a beautiful experiences, especially with its beautiful views.
The owner’s dream came true by this house. The owner wants a house with landscaped garden, and natural, chemical-free swimming pool. The designers created an eco construction design, combined with its beauty sea view. The siteplan was considered very carefully, by placing the house in the northwest section of the property, to provide maximum space for the garden and terrace. Combination of bioclimatic concepts, wood and concrete frame, thermodynamic heating and a 5.8 kW hot water tank were used to provide a low-energy use house. This environmentally friendly building is completed with some openings in the north facing wall. Insulated concrete breeze-blocks are used for the walls, supported by a 120mm layer of Rockwool and cladding on the outside, act as heat mass storage and controlling the temperature for the inhabitants. Wood materials are used for the floors. This sustainable home‘s garden was built to provide protection from Westerly winds. The use of energy can be minimize, thanks to the thermodinamic heating system, 6 kW wood burning stove, and high performance fluid-filled radiator. This house was designed to have energy consumption of 31 kWhpe/m² per year. With the combination of the environmental building materials and eco architecture concept, this house may achieve high sustainability. |
