Foreclosure Investing Philippines - Low home loan rates – what you need to know before you apply
Have you seen the low interest home loans being offered by a few banks out there lately? Several months ago, the lowest home loan rate I have seen was 5.99% per year. Now, it is even lower at 5.88%. Personally, I believe these are the best home loan rates I have ever seen in my lifetime. This even beats the 6.0% interest rate offered by the GSIS before.
