The 1519 Cleveland Street house, designed by Studio 2LR, built by Celtic Works, is an affordable house, completed with several sustainable features.
This 1,120 sq ft sustainable house consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, also an open space for living area, kitchen, and dining room. The house was design for a single family. Although it was designed to be affordable, the design is modern and the interior looks beautiful and luxurious, completed with several great furniture , such as IKEA kitchen cabinets.
The green products used for this house, such as spray foam insulation, recycled low-VOC paint, a green screen/trellis entry, and a pervious driveway. Some features keep the house affordable, such as the use of stained concrete floor, stacked washer and dryer, etc. At the back site, a large patio is available as an open space.
Located behind Columbia College, this sustainable house design offers affordable green solution for people who need sustainable dwellings.
