Compact Design of A Kitchen Set by Paul Mauduit Posted: 20 Sep 2010 05:51 PM PDT A compact design of modular kitchen set was designed by Paul Mauduit. By this design, users do not need to buy a lot of kitchen furniture and tools and do not need a lot of spaces to place them, as they are compacted in one modular set. It is called The Kit.
The cubic form make it easier to be placed in the kitchen. This kitchen set includes a fridge, microwave, sink, cutting table, modular storage cabinets, garbage bin and an electrical cooking top. There are two water tanks below the sink, one is for water supply of the sink, one is for the gray water from the sink. With this system, it is possible to recycle the gray water. The materials are considered to make this kitchen set having good durability and easy to maintain. By this reason, wood and aluminum material is chosen. This kitchen set is also designed in two modules that can be used separately, or combined. One module consists of the stove, fridge, microwave and dishes cabinet, and the other module consists of the sink, garbage bin, cutting place, and some other storage. |
