 I got this information through a listing of foreclosed properties from Star Properties Inc. when I attended the 4th Philippine Real Estate Festival and I would like to share it here for those unable to attend. Anyway, after close scrutiny of this list of foreclosed properties, I noticed that it contained the exact same listing and auction information for their auction last July 3, 2010.
