The “Haptik” name was taken from a Greek term, means “experiencing interactions based on touch.” WATG want to blend the luxurious and high tech environment with the sustainability features on a hospitality design strategy.
Some sustainable features are attached in this suit, without forgetting the ideal condition for the guests, also still provide the luxurious. These features provide energy reducing for the suit. Some of the features, such as :

| Posted: 17 Jun 2010 09:24 PM PDT Ditto is a new modular product, created by 3form. Ditto has function like tile, that has cross-shaped pieces and can give some accents on a plain wall, partition, or ceiling features.
Ditto is made from Varia Ecoresin, a 40% pre-consumer recycled resin. It’s a sustainable translucent and flexible resin material and has some beautiful colors.  blue and white
 colorful  black and white Ditto’s configuration is very customizable. The user can define the color also the configuration using an online software provided by 3form.

| White Perrin House by Dock4 Architecture Posted: 16 Jun 2010 11:05 PM PDT White Perrin House was designed by Dock4 Architecture on a 18.2 hectare site, on the eastern coast of North Bruny Island, a short distance south of Dennes Point. This house has dramatic views over Storm Bay to Cape Raoul and deep ocean beyond.
The client chose to locate the house on the edge of the steepest part of the site, to create the dramatic and stunning views of the coast and the seas. To provide this situation, the house should be anchored to the steep slope while leaning out towards the views. By setting the windows position, the views can be captured from every room of the house.
Energy efficient is also considered. Some consideration should be taken carefully for the passage of the sun at all times of year to ensure that the house was warm and light-filled. High spec timber framed double glazing and substantial insulation are also used. For the materials, natural timber is dominant. The design used Macracarpa Pine vertical board external cladding and decking. Recycled timbers are featured in internal floors, doors and joinery.  east elevation and section X-X

| Sustainable Design of Rimrock Ranch House by Lloyd Russell Posted: 16 Jun 2010 07:26 AM PDT This sustainable design of Rimrock Ranch House was made by architec Llyod Russel for Jim Austin, an entrepreneur who wanted something simple. The sustainable features includes the recycled and durable materials used for this house.
This 1,600 sq ft house is called “the ultimate desert structure” by its owner. The unique sustainable feature in this house is the prominent steel canopy. The canopy shelters and shades the home. Its structure is made to provide a cooling mechanism by the wind passed in the gab between the canopy and the house building. It also protect the house from the sun. The combination of windows, weathered steel, and concrete are set considering the desert condition. This house uses roll up garage-style door.  the canopy concept
