The Villa Magna Condo will be build on a 2.5 acre bay front site on 1201 Brickell Bay Drive – next to Jade Brickell. The developer is Miami based mega-developer Tibor Hollo.
Different sources tell us about different plans for this mega project. According to Ex-Miami, Hollo recently submitted plans to build 1,208 residential units on the site, along with 20,050 square feet of retail space and a 14,450-square-foot restaurant, according to exMiami but according to SWIRE Properties who are currently building Brickell City Centre, the new tower will only offer 400 residential units and 200 hotel rooms

It will be the tallest Building in Brickell. The project is bringing 3 new condos, high-end retail shopping (Think Bal Harbour Shops), office spaces and entertainment to the Brickell area.
