It’s a modern designed lakehouse, with sustainable features applied, especially for good energy efficiency. This sustainable home was designed with modern design. It has very stylish design, for both interior and exterior dominated with natural wood materials, especially for the exterior, creating good combination with the surroundings and providing good insulation. The living space has opening to the lake, so the view from the lake can be accessed perfectly. In the middle of the living space, there is a rotating fire orb, designed to distribute the warmth through the whole space in the room. This eco construction uses sustainable energy source, from the photovoltaic panels installed at the roof. Combined with smart heating technology, this system may provide less energy consumption. Another sustainable feature is an innovative low-flow water management system. This home also has efficient lighting fixtures. By all of those features, this green architecture home can be a zero energy home that may be looked different from ordinary lakehouses.
