A prefab house, Week’nder House, was designed by Lazor Office, with FlatPak brand. This sustainable house was designed to deal with extreme weather condition with a lot of flexible configurations can be arranged, depend on the owner’s need. High sustainability is an important concern here.

FlatPak offers a flexible solution for people who search a prefab house. People may choose the exterior materials, the floor plan, and even the position of the windows can be customized too. This sustainable prefab house can be set up to 4 stories. The prefabrication process will provide less waste, and may reduce environment disturbances during construction. Combined with some sustainable features, it may achieve high sustainability.

This sustainable architecture building was produced in those kind methods. It was prefabricated, adopting no-cut design, providing more efficient materials to be used.
