This building is a modular prefab building that can be “stand alone”, or combined with other objects, such as garden, warehouse, etc. While all buildings respond to sustainability, affordability and transportability issues, they are optimized for occupation, resulting in a housing typology that is relevant to all Australians.
The Happy Haus is designed to have configuration flexibility and uses, either for a full living pods, or just an addition. This feature is also supported by the ability to be transported by a truck. By these abilities, Happy Haus provides a customizable experience for the users all the time, according on their needs. Those abilities also give possibility to extend or to “downsize” the building. The launch series, called D.H.A.N, consist of three ranges, Base, Expander and Sheds. The Base range is a fully serviced living pod that includes an open or galley kitchen, bathroom, laundry, dining and living spaces. The addition of a storage wall converts part of the living space into a visually separate sleeping bay. The Expander is designed as the additional bedroom for Base type. Some Expanders are offered with ensuites. The Shed is designed to cover the outdoor areas including the car sheds and deck sheds.
